Our Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted after 60 calendar days from date of shipment.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to reference on the packing list and shipping label. To obtain an RMA, email sales@roton.com or phone 314-821-4400 with your original incoming invoice(s) or packing list(s) number(s). All returns must be prepaid, are subject to incoming inspection and must arrive in new condition.
Make certain your return packaging is robust enough to prevent handling damage.
Returns, other than warranty, are subject to the greater of $25 or 25% re-inspect/restock fee. Screws cut to non-standard lengths may not be eligible for any credit due to the inability to resell them. Special parts including those with “X” suffixes and non-stock parts made-to-order are not returnable.
